FrontPage has handled crisis management and crisis communication for AGA Gas under a sudden retraction of a number of carbonated cartridges. Within a period of six hours FrontPage created a landing page, an AdWords campaign, an info-mail to shops, an emergency call-center, a press release and took care of media training of AGA’s managers.

AGA is the leading industrial gas company in Northern Europe and specializes in innovative gas installations in an environmentally friendly manner.

Press crises are naturally dramatic and intense and hopefully short-lived by the use of online PR and strategic communication. In this case FrontPage had from 3pm friday to 9am saturday morning to inform all stakeholders and set up press preparedness and a call center for customers.
